You must not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse the service, extract private information or overload the data endpoints. We may restrict requests to protect availability.
No trade orders are placed by the tools. Saved positions and alert rules are local research inputs. Background alerts, cloud synchronisation for watchlists and positions, and recovery of browser data are not provided in this release. Named screeners are saved privately to your signed-in account and can be managed in the Screener.
The service may change or be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, or removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
